How to check in
[We will generally greet you in person upon arrival]
We will greet you upon your arrival. After that, please check in at the check-in terminal located inside the entrance.
(We will send you an email in advance with instructions on how to pre-register your guest name on the guest list, so please enter your details before your arrival for easy check-in.)

We will send you the following two types of codes in advance via email.
Type 1: Automatic front door key
Type 2: Code for the check-in machine located inside the front door
Use these two codes to enter and check in by following the steps below.
STEP 1: Open the door at the entrance
STEP 2: Enter the entrance and complete the automatic check-in
How to check out
When checking out, please enter the code you used at check-in to complete the “check-out” procedure.
■Accommodation fee
The usage fee is the sum of the following (1) basic fee plus (2) usage fee based on the number of people. (All prices include tax.)
(1) Basic fee (room charge)
22,000 yen
(2) Per-Person Usage Fee (1–8 people)
5,500 yen (adult/person)
3,800 yen (elementary school student/person)
2,200 yen (infant/person)
Children under 3 are free
Weekday discounts and consecutive night discounts are available (please check the rates on the reservation site). However, these are only applicable from Monday to Thursday, excluding peak season and long holidays.
*Special rates apply during Golden Week and Silver Week（a period of consecutive national holidays）, summer vacation (including Obon), other long holidays, and the New Year holidays. Please check the rates on the reservation site.
*We have a variety of accommodation plans available. Please check the plan details and prices on the reservation site.
■Payment method
When booking through the website, please select “Prepayment (Credit Card)” or “Payment on-site.”
(Please note that some accommodation plans only require prepayment.)
For “on-site payment,” we accept cash, credit cards, and various other payment methods.
Please pay the staff member who assists you when you check in.

*Setting up the venue, cleaning up after the event, and removing the BBQ grill will be handled by the villa.
*Please use the villa’s dedicated grill. Please refrain from bringing your own.
*Garbage will be disposed of at the villa. Staff will explain how to sort your garbage on the day, so please cooperate.
